I firmly believe that we are all born with unique characteristics that make us beautiful in ways that no one else can compare to. These elements are like diamonds in the rough. But when polished, they are powerful and wonderful to behold.

So what can we do to find our own personal beauty?

1. Notice and discover images of people who are uniquely beautiful. Oprah Winfrey is someone who comes to my mind. But you may have other examples.

2. Look in the mirror and and see yourself from the same perspective of someone who notices what makes you beautiful in a different way.

If you still notice areas that you feel could use improvements, just remember to acknowledge these as natural reactions that come from you. The key is to make sure this feedback is coming from you and not a  stringent comparison to someone else's image.

Choose your beauty solutions and tools wisely. Make sure that your decisions come from your own conviction and not trends or fads.

The more we notice our own reactions and emotions and learn which ones come from us and which ones come from conditioning, and make choices along this direction, the better we will be at defining our own beauty. standards.
Do you believe that what you eat can make you beautiful?  I know you are probably thinking, “Yeah, right!”  But it is true!  When I was eating high raw vegan foods, my skin looked very nice.
